Dunstable, Massachusetts · in person within 50 miles

Websites for businesses that already have customers.

Nashoba Web Studio finds local restaurants, hardware stores, landscapers, and other small shops with dated websites, builds a prettier redesign you can click through, and offers to rebuild it. One-time fee. A small monthly plan that includes the domain and hosting. Jose is a Northeastern University software engineering professor with 30+ years of real-world experience. That includes work as an electrical engineer on industrial control systems, before a doctorate in computer science. He also sits down, in person, to see where AI can save a shop time. That conversation is free.

What we actually do

Restaurants, hardware counters, landscapers, and the other shops that keep a town running. Meetings in person, about 50 miles from Dunstable.

  1. 01

    A free redesign demo

We look for a local restaurant, shop, or trade whose site has fallen behind, and we build a clickable redesign before anyone is asked to pay.

  2. 02

    A one-time rebuild

You pick the style. We finish the site: menu, departments, or services, written so a customer can find the phone number.

  3. 03

    Domain and hosting

The domain stays registered in the owner’s name. We manage the DNS and the renewal, host the site, and transfer it out for free whenever you ask.

  4. 04

    A small monthly plan

Hosting, the domain, small edits, and a person who answers when a photo needs swapping or a special needs to come down.

  5. 05

    AI for a small shop

A free 30-minute consult on a chat assistant, review replies, an after-hours line, or a short workshop for the staff. After that, the work is quoted per project.

AI for small business

A practical look at where AI saves time.

Jose Annunziato is a Northeastern University software engineering professor with 30+ years of real-world experience. That includes work as an electrical engineer on industrial control systems, before a doctorate in computer science. The AI work follows from that practice: sit with someone, try the tool on their actual week, and leave them able to tell a useful answer from a made-up one.

  1. 01

    A readiness consult

Thirty minutes, in person, about where AI can save time and where it would not. A breakfast cafe that answers “are you open Sunday?” all morning. A landscaper who types the same estimate every week. We look at that week and say what is worth doing.

  2. 02

A chat assistant on the website

It answers questions, hours, the menu, and directions from the business’s own information. If the page does not say it, the chat does not guess. A pizzeria can have it confirm ravioli is on the menu and give the phone number, and stop there.

  3. 03

    Review replies and social posts

Drafts of replies to Google reviews, and drafts of social posts. The owner approves every one before it is sent. A review about a late patio job gets a reply they can edit. A Tuesday special becomes a short post they can publish themselves.

  4. 04

    After-hours phone and intake

Answering when the shop is closed, and taking a booking or a quote request. The caller leaves a name, a number, and the job: a table, a propane refill, a lawn estimate in a nearby town. The owner sees that in the morning instead of an empty voicemail.

  5. 05

    A workshop for the staff

A hands-on session on ChatGPT-style tools for the people who answer the phone. What is safe to paste in, what is not (a customer’s number, a card number, a private note), and how to read a draft before it goes out. Built for a counter, not a conference.

Pricing

Free consult, then quoted per project.

How it works

  1. 01

    We audit

We look at the site a business already has: what is dated, what breaks on a phone, and what a customer cannot find.

  2. 02

    We build a free demo

A redesign you can click through, with the business’s own name, hours, and offer, before a contract.

  3. 03

    You pick a style

Minimal, warm and local, or bold. Or say what to keep from each. The demo is the conversation.

  4. 04

    We launch and maintain

We point the domain, which stays in the owner’s name, put the site live, and keep it on a monthly care plan.

Pricing

One-time builds are 50% to start, 50% at launch. Care plans are month to month, with 30 days’ notice.
